Once your application has been reviewed we will contact you to confirm acceptance and invoice you for the $25 table fee. This fee is non refundable. 

As an accepted vendor you agree to help in promtion of the event to ensure a successful show for all.

Create Escape Studio can not guarantee and is not responsible for the actual attendance of the event.

Please note: we must have no fewer than 6 unique vendors participate in order for the event to be held.
