Hand - building With Clay - Ages 14+

Join us as we roll up our sleeves and explore the art of hand-building with clay.

We will work on creating bowls, pinch pots, lanterns, and other decorative items incorporating a variety of texturing and structural techniques.

Enrollment in this program will provide each participant with a 10 lb bag of clay,

Hand-building instruction and supervised implementation every Thursday from 3-5 p.m

This includes instruction on preparation for firing and glazing after firing.

Students will be assigned shelf space for work in progress, and instructed on studio tools, and maintenance.
