About the event
Join us for a powerful workshop inspired by the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, led by art therapist Tara DeLuca.
As the season shifts, this workshop offers a chance to embrace change, let go of what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater appreciation for your own strength and story.
We’ll begin by symbolically breaking a ceramic bowl—an act of release. Then, using the practice of Kintsugi, we’ll mindfully repair the bowl, highlighting the cracks with gold. Just like the bowl, we too can emerge from life's fractures not only whole again—but more resilient, grounded, and beautiful in our imperfections.
You’ll be guided to:
Reflect on the lessons of the past season
Break and repair your bowl as a metaphor for healing and transformation
Embrace the changes that come with time, both in nature and within yourself
